What provider do you use?
In general we use Vultr, but we can be flexible and manage on premise or other public cloud setups.

Where are you located?
Our team is located in Bangkok, Thailand.

Are you part of Gitlab?
We're not affiliated or part of Gitlab, we're a fully independent company offering managed Gitlab hosting.


2. General

Can you use a specific provider in X country?
If your organization requires all data to be hosted at a certain/country or approved provider please contact us to work out a solution for you. In general we're flexible and are happy to accomodate special requests.

What locations are available?
We can deploy your Gitlab instance to Amsterdam, Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Frankfurt, Honolulu, London, Los Angeles, Madrid, Melbourne, Mexico City, Miami, Mumbai, New Jersey, Paris, São Paulo, Seattle, Seoul, Silicon Valley, Singapore, Stockholm, Sydney, Tokyo, Toronto, Warsaw.

How does your backups work?
We run nightly encrypted backups and keep them at an offsite archive.


3. Service

Do you provide SSH access?
Yes, you can access your git repositories via SSH.

Do you provide all features?
We give you access to all features in Gitlab CE (Community Edition).

Can I contact you with questions regarding Gitlab?
We're happy to assist with any Gitlab questions and we're also available for consulting on a project basis.

Do I need to buy a Gitlab License?
No, by default we offer the the Community Edition which does not require any license.
You're free to BYOL (Bring your own license) and we'll set it up for you.

What payments do you accept?
Currently we take all payments via Paddle which accepts Credit Cards and Paypal.
